Absolutely. We ensure that your debit/credit card information and all other payment related information is transmitted via a secured line and is not stored by any of our servers. We employ SSL protocol for complete security and privacy of all your personal and sensitive information. It prevents eavesdropping, tampering of messages or message forgery by encrypted data.
How do I change or cancel my booking?

What to do if I lose my ticket?
If prior to your travel you have lost your ticket please get in touch with us via our email 9galaxyholidays@gmail.com or our customer care +91 9502798335 or +91 9014959595 and we will forward you a copy of the ticket. For this charges may apply as certain airlines charge a reissuance fee for lost ticket.
How do I make a booking for group travel?
To make a booking for group travel please give us a call at +91 9502798335 or +91 9014959595 or send us an email at 9galaxyholidays@gmail.com with all the details. In case of an email, we will revert back to you within 24 hours. Moreover, in case of group bookings we always request our clients to give us as many detail as possible e.g. number of children and adults, tour budget, preferred dates, number and name of the destination, preference for hotel location etc.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
You would receive your booking confirmation in your registered email and phone number.
How do I receive my travel documents?
You would receive your travel documents via your registered email.
How do I receive my tickets?
Today thanks to the advent of e-tickets, you would receive them in your email and your phone.
How do I get refund for cancelled bookings?
All refunds pertaining to cancellations would be credited to your bank within 4 weeks. Do remember that different airlines take different time to refund money and so there may be variation. Also cancellation charges would be levied on the customer depending upon the policy and rate decided by the airlines.
Can I pay for the services availed from 9Galaxy abroad?
No. Since we now have only one office located in Hyderabad and we DO NOT have any other office anywhere else, you cannot pay for services elsewhere.
